"The room was very clean, but the air condition did not work, and I told staff that the air was not working properly and nothing was gone about it, I mentioned several times and the manager told me they would switch my room the following day, the following day come and no one comes to me to see about the air conditioning, when the night came I had to go to the front desk again, and they then provide me a fan, but my check out was the following day at 11am."

"If you can avoid to be here, do it. There's better places to stay. We've had 2 rooms, what a nightmare. Dirty, noises , a/c working half way, rooms unfinished about cleaning, staff at the front desk without taking careif theirs guests . So, please, go around. "

"Staying in a suite was the ticket for an extended stay. Clean, comfortable and we didn't have any issues with anything not working. The traffic noise was at a minimum. My 9nly problem was with the gym temperature, it was hot in there! They did have an issue with the little restaurant that they have at the hotel."
