We loved the property and the staff was very kind. Breakfast was good. The only thing we did not care for is that the bed was not the most comfortable.

Peaceful place

The villa is very quiet and a peaceful spot for spending time in Carpi or near. The pool is great during the summer months. You need a car because of the location.

The villa is lovely, staff very nice, friendly and helpful. Few things to improve is the cleaning in the room I stayed as it needed to be cleared from dust and webs. Being an old villa with high sealings I understit can be challenging nevertheless the room was dusty which didnt help my daughter's allergy. However the room was big and comfortable and they provided water wvery day which was nice and appreciated. Another downside was the bathroom in the corridor. Overall it's a lovely place with friendly staff and I ebjoyed ny time there.

Bellissima villa con piscina, dettagli architettonici interessanti, isolata e silenziosa nel verde, con stanze molto belle e romantiche, una col baldacchino, con bagni in mosaico spettacolari, tutta la struttura è molto pulita e ben riscaldata, l'appartamento è spazioso, comodo per una famiglia, ma il bagno andrebbe ristrutturato e se possibile allargato. Per la colazione buoni i dolci fatti da loro, ma ci vorrebbe anche qualcosa di salato e un po' di frutta e le brioche dovrebbero essere fresche e non confezionate. Il propietario è un vero gentleman e ti fa sentire benvenuto! Bravi!

Mi sono stati sottratti soldi su carta di credito ,senza che abbia potuto pernottare. Il proprietario mi ha telefonato dopo la conferma di prenotazione inviatami da Expedia dicendo che non aveva stanze disponibili. Expedia mi aveva invece inoltrato conferma di prenotazione sia via mail che SMS. Ho dovuto prenotare a mie spese in un'altra struttura. In questi casi è previsto rimborso? Diversamente devo procedere per vie legali chiedendo risarcimento danni soprattutto per l'enorme disagio dovuto al fatto che la disdetta è arrivata la sera tardi e siamo rimasti per strada a lungo
