"Communication was very frustrating as despite messaging via Hotels.com (once it had been booked - 3 months before our stay)and then later by a bit of detective work emailing directly. "The pre arrival info was perfect, with how to access the property. The cottage is on the owner's grounds, but with it's own entrance and all own facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped.
