At both check in and check out I was told I had no charges and then they charged me extra. When I called it took three calls and 20 minutes on the phone and still don't have an answer."

"This is a hidden gem right near all the great restaurants in downtown Carmel, It was very comfortable and quiet with great sheets and towels on a comfy bed. For the price, it was a great choice and we are planning many returns. Staff was soooo helpful with wine tour and restaurant reservations. "
