"The property was nice, the staff was not friendly at all. The lady that monitors the breakfast was the most unfriendly I tried to engage into a small conversation she had zero interest, did smile felt very comfortable. Also the lady that held the Friday bingo was so dry she put not effort to make it fun it’s no wonder why only 3 people showed up to play. I have to say the cleaning lady Sylvia, she was so kind, we asked her where our room was she walked us to it she asked if we needed anything she was the ONLY staff that even said hi as we walked through the property. With all that said we still had a great time the beach was so nice."

"This property is under construction. There is no fitness room as stated online, jacuzzi was broken. It was a bit disappointing since we had travelled with our children and we also expected to workout while away from home. Room was nice with hardwood flooring but not properly done in some areas like paint dust all over and seems like the workers hired for the remodel werent very experienced. Overall, i wouldnt go back. "

"When I first pulled up, I thought the hotel was out of business. The grass was over grown, weeds all around the building . This place allows pets. The room with carpet had stains, smelled like dog pee and the bathroom was in bad condition with stains on walls and damaged furniture. "

"I recently stayed at Home2 Suites and had a really solid experience overall. The first thing that stood out was how clean the property was—especially the room. It was spotless and smelled really fresh right when we walked in, which made a great first impression. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming throughout the stay, which always makes a difference. Breakfast was decent. I had eggs, a sausage patty, some potato wedges, and coffee. Nothing over-the-top, but everything was good and the coffee was hot, which is always a plus. Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with friendly service. I’d definitely come back."

"Stayed a week with kids and small dog. Overall the stay was good. The room was clean and beds comfortable. The included breakfast was good. Pretty typical breakfast for Hampton Inn. You’ll get everything you need to get the day started. Staff keeps the food filled. We don’t sleep in but the airplanes seem to start flying around 7am? It’s a little loud but not too bad. Overall would stay again. "

"“The staff was so seeet & kind! But……. I used Expedia to book a one night stay for a job I had in San Diego when I booked online. I had a king room with the sofa bed however, upon arrival, I was informed by the front desk that they would have to downgrade me to a two queen’s room. Ok, no problem. I accept it however, when I got upstairs to my room and lugged all of my luggage, when I went to open the door, the maid came after me saying, “ no this room is not clean stop” she sends me back downstairs to the front desk, where I’m given a new room, only this time when I head up to my new room the room number on the paper says 342 and not 341 so I’m trying to get into 342 and it’s not working. I head back downstairs and I see a phone on the way so I called the front desk and I finally figure out that my room is 341 I get inside my room and I realize it’s a handicap room ( no offense to handicap or disabled people). Everything was so short, I had to keep bending and it was a bit frustrating, plus the room was so dusty like no one had stayed in there for a long time. And ….I went to pick up the phone to call down to ask a question and the phone was so dusty. What in the bologna? It was just a less than perfect moment and then I ended up in a room that was right over the front entrance so I could just hear everybody coming in and out, all the conversations just constantly going on for my whole stay, I’m not saying that was a bad thing, but it’s just something to consider.
