「The ice machine by our room didn't work. The other one was far. They didn't give us new towels for the next day even though we paid full price the that night. I had to walk all the way to get them and only a couple of pool towels. The staff was very nice. The 2 female karaoke bartenders were rude. Nice comfy room」

「To visit the caverns, we have to choose a hotel in Carlsbad. There was not much options out there. Everything was OK here, with an unfair price though. However I would assume there hardly is a better option around this area.」
