A no frills hotel with a giant room, fridge and microwave (bring your own cup). The front desk made me my own pot of coffee in the morning; and helping others with extra towels. Friendly staff and great value. The bed was comfortable too!

Room was clean and the towels and bedding were in good.
The hotel itself is a bit rundown looking when you see it. The room was aok. Clean and nice. The place overall needs a facelift.

This hotel had a nice room. Everything was clean and accommodating. The breakfast was adequate. The surrounding area was quite “trashy” with buildings that looked like they were being condemned. The staff were friendly.

The outside looks run down but inside is clean. Room was big and clean. Thought it was great for the $
Room was clean, water was hot and pressure was good. Bed was a bit squeaky, but felt lovely to sleep in.

The price is close to others in the area. The bed was uncomfy. Extremely thin sheets. Shower was okay. Tv is small. The outside is an abandoned banquet hall boarded up with broken windows and grafitti. Staff was pleasant. Check in and checkout was a breeze.
Excellent value for the money. The parking lot/driveway is a bit rough and it sits back from the road. But don‘t let that scare you off. I had a very large room with a couch for a very very low price. Comfortable and clean - just need a room for the night, great value

Nice quiet room for cheap place to sleep while driving. If you want updated look elsewhere. If cigarette burns and cob webs on curtains don’t bother you it was just fine
We had a 12-hour drive coming from Florida. Price is reasonable. Room was clean and bed ok. Furniture old but ok. Shower was good. Bottom line we want a clean room and comfortable bed. We got this at a reasonable price but no frills.
This actually is America’s best value Inn. Genuinely. Extremely clean, well lit, roomy - just exceptional value. Yes some of the furniture is old and there are no carpets. But that is no problem at all considering the incredible value this place offers. It’s set just a bit off from the highway so it’s more peaceful than pricier options. Big fridge and really well lit, sparklingly clean bathroom. I’m obsessed.
I stayed 2 nights while attending a nearby festival. Overall the room was clean and well maintained aside from a little age-related wear in the washroom. My only real complaint is a lack of a screen on the window so it couldn't be open without bugs potentially flying in. However I do not know if the laws in PA play into that. As others said it is behind an abandoned hotel/banquet hall, but it is clear the owners care about providing a clean place to stay for budget conscious travelers.

Ok place to stay and good value. The staff are friendly although sometimes not around. Breakfast the usual cereal and waffle griddle but ONLY ON WEEKENDS. DURING THE WEEK THERE IS NOT EVEN BAD COFFEE AND NO COFFEE IN THE ROOMS. This is a big shortcoming. Also the room was extremely dark. Needs more lighting.

This place is interesting. It's certainly not a "great" hotel, however it is an excellent value. My room was $50, and that was a fair price considering the property.
The room was clean enough. No bugs, plenty of hot water, very large room.
There are plenty of negative comments that could be made, but for $50, I don't think that would be fair.
The ONLY thing that must be mentioned- do not use the provided soap, it's pretty caustic and some fairly significant skin irritation.
