「everything was wonderful! even though it was expensive, it is the best hotel in Carlisle. There was one staff member, Rebecca in the front desk that was having a bad day. Other than that, it was perfect.」

「I would not return to this property. The hallway carpet is very dirty, the lighting is dark and there is a smell. The front desk staff are all kind and helpful. The room was clean however housekeeping never came to clean our room and we stayed for 4 days. The AC in the room did not consistently work. The first day the front desk had to reset it and shortly after it turned off again and we spent an entire night hot and sweaty. The next day maintenance came and adjusted something on the unit, and...

The bathroom also had visible black mold throughout. We reported the issue to the front desk, and they moved us to another room upstairs. 「Service was denied check in without paying additional fees that weren’t declared in my booking and the lady treated me terribly apparently because I booked with a third party… the. When on the phone with the booking company she came out and said I could now check in without paying the additional fees… place looks like a poorly maintained low income housing situation we went somewhere else and had a wonderful stay we were sure not to have here.」
