Family run business of 3 generations. Very nice people. The restaurant downstairs often went out of their way, staff was friendly and helpful. My room was small, no kitchen nook, but very comfortable.

Le meilleur accueil que j’ai connu

Lors de notre arrivée, notre réservation n’avait pas été pris en compte et l’hôtel était complet. Alors que dans n’importe quel établissement on nous aurait présenté des excuses et nous aurait laissé à notre malheur, la patronne s’est démenée pour nous trouver une chambre chez un de ses concurrents. Nous a offert un apéritif. Après plusieurs appel , elle a fini par trouver , nous y a conduit avec son véhicule personnel et à payer la chambre pourtant d’un standing plus élevé. Nous sommes retournés à l’hôtel pour y déjeuner. La cuisine familiale faites par la maman est un délice. Le papa et fondateur de l’établissement est extrêmement sympathique, à l’image de tout son personnel. Un immense merci à cette famille pour son sens de l’hospitalité. Je recommande à tous les voyageurs de s’arrêter dans cet établissement qui caractérise si bien la gentillesse des gens de Galice.

Defaillance de la plate-forme de reservation

Hotels.com n´avait pas transmis ma réservation à l´hôtel qui n´en avait aucune trace. Heureusement l´hôtelier nous a proposé la seule chambre qui restait. Celle-ci était basique. Notre réservation a été confirmée ensuite par téléphone.

Un hotel muy sencillo pero suficiente para pasar una noche. El personal nos acogio con mucho interés y amabilidad. La cena y el desayuno muy ricos. Se puede aparcar al lado. Un buen lugar para realizar excursiones preciosas por los alrededores

dommage !

ayant reserve une chambre twin ...on a eu la douloureuse surprise de se voir attribue un partage de salle de bain sur le couloir ..... apres reclamation on nous donne une chambre avec un lit et salle de bain mais ....... vraiment tout petite ... le lit 140 ...vieillot ....enfin tout ... oblige de dormir par terre !!!! et on nous facture 20€ de plus par jour !!!!

My room was OK, and I had a reasonable meal in the restaurant in the evening. However, checking in was something of a nightmare. They seemed to have no recollection of the booking and no way of confirming it.
