「During stay,we were satisfied with the facilities,such as security system,kitchen stuff.And the surroundings is quite.It's a nice choice in Bordeaux.」

「ボルドー大学で学会があり利用しました。大学へは徒歩で直ぐですし、治安も問題ないです。写真ではそこそこ綺麗に見えますが、もっと古いと思った方がいいです。年期の入ったアパートといった感じです。学生寮をイメージすると良いと思います。スタッフはフレンドリーでとても良いですが、11時から14時まではフロントが閉まります。夜も20時以降は玄関の暗証番号キーを使って入ることになります。スタッフがいない時間が長いので、早朝の出発やチェックアウト後にスーツケースを預かってもらう場合等では、事前にスタッフと打ち合わせる必要があります。この点は通常のホテルとは違うので注意が必要です。」

「Front desk staff are wonderful, very kind and quick to offer local recommendations if you need. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. The apartment gets warm in the summer and the window doesn’t open very much. The tram stops are very close which is very convenient but also noisy if you’re sleeping with the window open. There is a club next door which, unfortunately for us, hosted a rave the one night. Check out was easy, the front desk wasn’t open yet so we just left the key card...

「Location was ok. We knew about 3pm check in but were disappointed we had no access to a sitting room with a bathroom before 3pm after traveling overnight from New York. The place was nice but the floor in the bathroom stall was not clean. We didn’t get breakfast one day but were only told the reason why after we asked.」
