Hotel Riu Palace Antillas - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"I chose this resort for my wife's birthday and from the beginning of our vacation and throughout, the service was exceptional. All of the staff were courteous, polite, and eager to assist. The resort's ambiance and location to the beach was breathtaking. There were a variety of food choices throughout the day that made anytime a great time to grab a bite to eat. My wife's favorite was the steak house. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend Riu Palace for those looking for an adult only resort while traveling to Aruba."

"The property and the out the room amenities are great and well maintained. However the smell of sewage mixed with disinfectant or rotten meat in the room and the shower area was unbearable !!! The bed linen and bath towels were very old and dingy. The towels had all kinds of spots on them and some of them were torn. The face basin, the faucets and counter tops were not properly cleaned and had all kinds of spots on them. I left facial hair on the face basin and after the room was supposedly clean the hair was still in the same spot. There was obvious mildew and possibly mold on the lamp shades in the room. Overall, the rooms NEED a total make over to keep up with the outside facilities as well as the pictures presented on this website."

"The property itself is beautiful but it’s pretty big so prepare to do some walking. My main concern is how expensive the food was. I understand you’re on vacation and I’m prepared for things being expensive but $12 for a cup of coffee for breakfast is ridiculous."

"Excelente servicio, comida y facilidades. Un detalle si quieres licor de mejor calidad están en la barra del lobby y el Casino. Rápido que lleguen hagan las reservaciones de los restaurantes que les llaman la atención porque todos son muy buenos y se llenan."
