"The room wasn’t very clean. The curtains were filthy. There was hair in the bathroom. No remote for the tv although we asked several times. Had to ask for washcloths. The food was terrible. I got food poisoning twice. "

"Ocean was not visible from my room, however I could see the pool. I was disappointed with the level of marketing that takes place and how you are tricked into buying vacation. No one explain originally that you will be targeted and literally take a day out of your vacation for marketing. This is a beautiful hotel but I would not want to go back because of their marketing strategies. Ni one goes on vacation for this. Management needs to address this practice. It is a big turn off for the resort."

"The facilities in the common areas (e.g., pools, lobby, restaurants, theater, etc.) were in very good condition; however, this is NOT the case for the guest rooms. The guest rooms lacked maintenance. (For example: the shower had only one door, so water splashed all over the floor outside the shower area when showering; the chrome on the bathroom faucets was worn.; one of the electrical outlet covers in the room was loose, and when I unplugged the cell phone chargers, the cover came off, leaving a hole in the wall; the shower gel and conditioner dispensers were loose, and one of them fell to the floor when I tried to use the gel; we asked the housekeeping staff to refill the dispenser because it was empty, but they never did; the air conditioning vent grille was loose all over; it looked like it was going to fall off at any moment; the door handle in one of the rooms was loose and fell off completely; we had to call to have it repaired; one of the curtains was partially torn at the top; the window in one of the rooms had shattered glass.... the mini-bar fridge sometimes dripped water..."

"This is by far the most beautiful hotel I have been to in punta Cana. It’s gorgeous!! So much to do ! The amenities are seriously amazing. The food is awesome and the crew is really nice. The waterpark is a must !!! If you have young children you must go to water park. The food is very good and the beach is great too ! I’m definitely coming back "

"Our room was overlooking the pickleball courts and while not the ocean it was still a nice view and a great room. The whole property was very clean and I was impressed with how clean the pools were. I loved that they give you a water bottle and have fill up stations throughout. Staff were beyond kind. "
