「I booked Hotel El Convento for an after cruise stay for my husband, myself, my two adult kids and their spouses and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff couldn’t wait to help us with all of our travel needs and our stay here was the highlight of a two week 50th anniversary celebration! There may be closer hotels to the pier, but this was an experience in itself. 」

「太旧，设施差，酒店附近环境也差。早餐可选的少，虽然服务还可以。总的来说不是很理想，相对周边的酒店算贵的。」

「Good location. You will see big cuisines frm balcony. Food on 2nd floor is excellent, especially the pork ribs.」

「The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the customer leaves happy. Especially in PR where we were treated like family. Will definitely come back.」

「雖有古老歷史味房子 , 但到處殘缺人頭雕像散佈各角落及房間櫥櫃裡, 陰森恐怖之感油然而生. 房間裡黴味撲鼻, 吊扇上均是灰塵, 古式沙發椅布已經破損, 椅布髒舊破. 感覺長久無人居住. 」
