"We absolutely lucked out with this gem. The host, Mark, is hilarious, helpful and super kind. We really enjoyed room 8 with all the thoughtful extras. Our room had great linens and towels, tons of pillows, amazing light with double doors we could leave open and the bathroom was great with the most excellent of water pressure. They made us breakfast every morning which was nice. We took a 15 min walk and were at water’s edge. The town was lovely with good pubs. Thank you, Mark!!"

But Top Joes was recommended to me, so i took a look online and thought lets give it s go as it wasnt to far away from where i was working I have to say, i wasnt disappointed. "We ended up here, after our booking at another hotel was cancelled, it was the best thing that could have happened. The location is perfect for Aberaeron town. The host was wonderful and provided a fabulous, freshly cooked breakfast. The whole place is tastefully decorated and impeccably clean. Our room was wonderful and the bed was extremely comfortable. I can understand why they won Four in a Bed, on Channel 4 last year. Will definitely go back "

"Good: dinner & b/fast were good value & quality Parking Bad: party in on the Saturday night that we stayed. V noisy children screaming non stop. Useless parennts and hotel staff did nothing. Dinner booked for 1845 seated 1930. Meal not served Until 1945 !! "

"Can’t fault any part of our stay, the house was perfect 5 adults and one three year old. Lots of space, down stairs bedroom with ensuite was perfect for great grandparents. Outside area was nice in the morning to sit with a coffee, lots of green space for little one to run and explore. Kitchen had everything and a lovely welcome gift. Five mins drive to local shop for fresh bread. Fifteen mins drive to larger shop with huge selection of local foods. Half hour to small national trust beach Mwnt,...

"It is a very unique property with nice walking trails and gardens. Overall it wasn’t kept up well and needs a face lift and grounds keeper outside. Rooms were nice with comfortable bed and good shower. Unfortunately it is far from everything and the restaurant and bar were not open Monday night so had to drive back into town. Breakfast was good and breakfast room very nice. No air conditioning but the fan in the room was nice. "
