The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially Craig on reception. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfasts and dinner delicious. The lounge area was spacious and there was live music. I would highly recommend Tŷ Newport.

Really good location, customer service is excellent and the hotel is very nice. It’s a shame they charge guests for parking, which isn’t particularly cheap. But overall highly recommend

Check in with Gwenno was great. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Ordered room service.. sadly the creme catalan was like scrambled egg... Explained this on check out.. "will let the chef know" Charged twice for the room but quickly corrected. Parking is cheaper here than at ICC - left my car there and walked over..

Lovely new hotel, opened just over a year ago. Well located for access to Wales ICC and surrounding attractions. Room very good, comfy bed, usual tray with tea/coffe and some very nice bara brith biscuits. Breakfast was a buffet, usual English/Welsh breakfast choices, danish pastries/croissants, fruit and cheese/cured meats. Staff friendly. Parking £12 per night which was unexpected, however the free slow EV charger we used overnight made up for it. Would return.
