Early check out due to noise
My partner and I checked out on the Saturday afternoon instead of the Monday morning due to the noise upstairs. This was after 10pm on the Friday night and started again on the Saturday morning at approx. 7.30pm. We had next to no sleep and when we tried to nap on the Saturday to at least go out in the evening, we were still kept awake with the noise. It sounded like both adults and children stomping about, banging on the floor and slamming doors. It really was awful to be polite about it. We both became very agitated as this ruined our weekend. The T7C's state not to be noisy or be the cause of nuisance to other residents and between 9am and 10pm. How can this a T&C for guests but not for people in neighbouring accommodation. I have contacted 'Kayleigh' who states she has reported this to her Manager. We have asked a partial refund to be considered given the circumstances. We are awaiting any further contact. Such a shame.
