Was a few days away with my boyfriend and the cottage was a lucky find. Would stay in a heartbeat lovely place ,great host and food in the pub next door was amazing

Warm comfy and a good size for four adults

One of the showers was a little too hot for some of our tastes. The double bed was very hard and difficult to sleep, but it was also very warm whilst we were there. The owners were really communicative before our stay and when we got there. They left us some bread, milk and essentials which was really appreciated. The cottage was warm clean and comfortable and perfect for what we needed in our two night stay. We were going to Cardiff for the speedway so the location was a little far away and remote but worked for us.

We had a wonderful stay at Carpenters Cottages which we booked out for myself and my maid of honour to stay in leading up to my wedding. The owner was very pleasant and left some food for breakfast which was appreciated. I was surprised by the space in the apartment which was more than ample and I slept very comfortably there. Having two bathrooms was a bonus too! Would definitely recommend for spacious, good value accommodation in a lovely area.

Really nice, spacious apartment.

This apartment is really nice, spacious and clean. The owner is a nice guy, very communicative and responsive to any query. Would definitely reccommend this as a familty getaway, and a springboard for exploring the region.

Lovely couple of days

We had a wonderful couple of days at the Carpenters Arms. Unfortunately the pub wasn't open but we enjoyed sitting out in the pub garden with our fish and chips. The cottage is spacious, clean and well equipped. We will return. Thank you!
