Sehr altes Hotel, ziemlich heruntergekommen, Service schlecht, Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat einen See errichtet (stark getropft), neue Handtücher gab es erst abends und erst nach 10 maliger Aufforderung. Wir haben nach einem Taxi gefragt, das Hotel hat uns versichert dass es uns eins bestellt, nachdem wir 1 1/2h gewartet haben wurden wir dann an die Hauptstraße geschickt um uns selbst ein Taxi zu besorgen. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN!

Great place to enjoy your vacation
The food was really good, the staff is friendly I don't have anything bad to say about this place. It is a great hotel to stay at. The only thing is that I spotted two of the hotel staff members who are in charge of entertaining guests having sex in the kids club with a hotel guest from Quebec. This happened right after the most popular girl show ended at night. There is some better suited locations for this type of activities specifically in a hotel.

Un hotel en muy malas condiciones
Pésimo all inclusive. Comida en mal estado, sucio y pésima atención. No había nadie a quién pedirle algo, pues todos las personas del servicio de alimentación te contestaban que no se encargaban de aquello. El piso, la loza y mesas estaba sucias. La comida mal presentada y si llegabas cerca de la hora de cierre no quedaba nada. Las habitaciones con olor a humedad y en general pésimamente mantenidas. Las ventanas no corrían, el baño se mojaba por completo. En general, el servicio de buffet muy malo con moscas y manteles asquerosos. El aire acondicionado no se pudo regular y en momentos se pasa un frío inmenso. Luego se tuvo que apagar y se sentía muchísimo la humedad La cama estaba en mal estado. Se sentían los resortes y sonaba constantemente. Se nota que, en general, tiene 0 mantenimiento el hotel. No lo recomiendo. Muy caro y con un servicio deficiente.

Forfærdeligt sted! Personalet var uhøfligt og uhjælpsomme. Vi havde store problemer med betalingen selvom vi havde betalt via hotels.com og havde bekræftelse insisterede Hotellet på at vi skulle betale det fulde beløb til dem (igen). Der manglede håndklæder, maden var sløj... pyhar

I had the most terrible service I've had in my life. The woman refused to check us in and then proceeded to try and scam us into giving her 260$ CUC ( same as American) also there was no atm and their credit card machine was apparently not working( we found out later once we refused that it was working and that they would gladly take the payment by credit instead.) After refusing for over an hour they finally sent someone to check our booking to see if we paid (which we had, through Expedia) ... Worst service Ive ever had in my life. Also the staff kept telling everyone to be quiet at the bar and told a few of the guests they would be kicked out if they didn't shut up The food gave me food poisoning as well and I had diorreah on the plane ride home the next day. I have spent 7 days in Havana back packing previously with no such issues and instantly was sick the next day after this resort

Sono profondamente deluso dal fatto che Expedia accetti di proporre (a questi prezzi) una struttura così fatiscente, sporca, di infimo livello, con un servizio all inclusive che include una qualità sia di cibo che di bevante così scadente da risultare malsana. Vergogna a voi e alla struttura.

Animation und das Abendprogramm waren hervorragend. Service und Essen waren leider nicht gut. Für kubanische Verhältnisse aber gut.

Fue una buena estancia, basicamente aproveche muy bien la barra libre, la piscina y la playa. A pesar de los malos puntos que doy a resaltar. El cuarto olia a humedad, y el baño tenia fuga de agua hacia la habitacion. Y los horarios para desayuna, comer y cenar son muy cortos.

El hotel es increible, y a muy buen precio, la comida es bastante buena, tienes acceso a todas las comidas y snacks en la alberca, además tienes shows en la noche y tienen animación todo el día en el hotel, asi que nunca te aburres. Además incluye algunas actividades si el mar lo permite, las clases de baile son lo mejor. El personal es muy amable, nos decian "Los 3 hermanos mexicanos" y siempre estuvieron la pendiente. Las habitaciones son sencillas, unicamente para dormir.

I tried to find a great place and ended up loosin.
The hotel in the booking pages is not at all the image you get once you’re on location. A disappointment to put it gently. As a hospitality professional I really felt let down. The customer service and expectation of this operation seems to be at an all low.
