"NOT A 4*!!! This hotel is advertised as a 4* however, it’s more 3*. We were bed and breakfast and if you want to pay for anything you have to load up a card(quite normal for some hotels). If you don’t use the card then you get the money back in cash rather than having it put back on your card. PLEASE ..."
