Good apartment hotel, perfect location
+: Location is in a safe and quiet area, and less than 10 minutes walking to the main entrance of old town. We are 6 persons and we get an apartment with balconies from where we can see the ancient wall of the old town. Staffs are very kind and helpful. -: Apartment equipments are a little old.

The only negatives I have for this property are that the hot water went away very quickly, there was no stopper for the bathtub, and the automatic lights were hard to turn on in the morning out in the hallway. It’s walkable distance to cite de carcassonne, but it is on the far end of town, pretty far away from the train station. It took me about 45 minutes in the rain.

La 1ere chambre sentait le tabac froid. On nous a changé de chambre, plus grande malheureusement le frigidaire ne fonctionnait pas. Dans l’ensemble cela s’est bien passé.

Very clean room and very attentive service. Good location. Overpriced breakfast, and hotel itself is very basic (3 stars is overstated rating), but hey, thus the price. You get what you pay for.

Tuvimos suerte y teníamos ventana hacia el castillo, muy bonito, habitaciones amplias para estar con los peques. la cocina funcional, genial el lavavajillas y el frigorífico, con utensilios. a 10'-15' andando hasta el castillo. piscina durante el día tranquila, por la noche se llena más. buena atención en otros idiomas. el Sofà cama poco recomendable. las camas duras pero para unos dias útiles. cerca tiene la boulangerie ( 7' andando por carretera principal) y un lidl cerca en el poligono .

Der Eingangs Bereich ist schrecklich, aber das Apartment ist gut, grosser Balkon und allen Komfort den man braucht. Das beste ist die Nähe zur Altstadt - echt nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss!

Einfaches Niveau aber gut für Kurzaufenthalt
Wir empfehlen das Hotel gerne weiter. Es ist eine einfache Unterkunft mit ein paar Schwächen (eine Tür klemmte, alter Fahrstuhl, keine Nachttischlampen) aber gutem Parkplatz, einfachem Fahrradraum, netter Frühstückraum, nettes Personal.

Upgraded - thank you so much. Loved the room and nice view. Enjoyed the pool too. Everything was CLEAN! Busline 2 stop is in front of the hotel. 6-7mins walk to the fortress. Aldi, Lidl, McDo is nearby too.

Very convenient for Citi. Easy walk. Plenty of parking. We had suite with plenty’s of space. No toiletries though so bring your own. Lack of mirrors for the ladies. Otherwise good.

Bien que le petit appartement très propre par ailleurs soit plutôt vieillot, nous avons passé un excellent séjour : calme, climatisation fonctionnelle, personnel à l’écoute et très accueillant, petit déjeuner excellent dans la jolie salle à manger. Ce fut un bon choix et n’hésiterons pas à revenir à l’hôtel « Cerise ».

Hemos tenido un problema con la llave de la habitacion y nos lo han solucionado en nada! Super amables y serviciales, el hotel muy buen sitio a escasos metros de la entrada principal de la ciudad de Carcassone se puede ir a pie y por la noche camas muy comodas hemos descansado muy bien, las habitaciones tienen cocina equipada para su uso hotel muy recomendable!

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité près de la cité médiévale. Nous avons eu un appartement de belle superficie. Le gros plus très appréciable, la laverie en bas du bâtiment.

Gerieflijke kamer, goed onthaal.
Propere, ruime 2-persoonskamer met kitchenette. Parkeren op terrein (afgesloten) maakt dit hotel perfect voor doorreis. Zwembad proper, klein maar verfrissend na lange dag. Ontbijt: graag meer variatie maar alles is vers.
