"Room was lovely staff were very welcoming, the only thing I could suggest is sweetener in the room with the tea and coffee making stuff and maybe low fat yoghurts in the breakfast area for the people who are healthy eating. Other than that it was pretty good place to stay and I would return. "

"Arrived early as no traffic on drive. Asked about early check-in and said rooms not ready, come back later and maybe. Asked if room would have a view (booked 6+ months earlier). No but for 65 pounds more yes. Also we could let them know at check-in as lots available. Went and asked at 2:00 room ready-not yet. Went and asked at 2:30. Your room doesn’t allow you till 3:00. Not a good 1st impression "

"Small double room with a perfect sea view. Our room was very clean and comfortable but could a done with a new window and a paint job. They is a bar and lounge area with a nice view, but we didn’t visit it. Parking behind the hotel but limited and you need to book it in advance. There is a lift up to the 2nd floor which is a blessing if you have lots of luggage. The staff are polite and welcoming. Ideal location to visit the town and beach a stones throw away! We didn’t have breakfast but it was £12 and you need to book before the night. Complimentary tea and coffee and milk and sugar and built in soap and body wash dispensers. Great value st £100 a night for a double with sea view. Could have done with more space by the wi how to admire the view in our room."

"Was für ein tolles Hotel! Wir haben es hier mit unserem Hund wirklich genossen. Der Weg nach St. Ives ist zwar ein bisschen bergauf auf dem Rückweg aber sehr schön und gar nicht so lange. Nettestes Personal aller Zeiten. Wubderschöne Aussicht in dem Appartment das wir hatten. Echt top."

"Mark and Anna were impeccable hosts and couldn’t do enough to help us with our stay. Would highly recommend the Mustard Tree. Far enough out of the town to be out the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk. Ideally situated near a bus stop and the train station. What more could you want. Excellent service 👍"

"Immaculate accommodation which my grandchildren wanted to live in forever. Close to supermarket drive is 2 minutes but we walked, easy enough. 18 minutes from the beach walking distance. Train to St Ives so no hassle of parking there. "
