Na sexta dia 10/01 fiz a reserva de um quarto para 2 adultos e 1 criança (reserva para o dia 11/01 sábado), coloquei meus dados de cartão e conformei a reserva. No dia seguinte já na cidade recebi uma mensagem dizendo que minha reserva havia sido ccancelada e que o hotel não tinha mais vagas. Isso gerou muitos transtornos ao meu final de semana.
