「We rented a 3 bedroom. The rooms have portable fans and heaters. The unit has a washer/dryer combo. The building has a gym. There is always a doorman working. They were all great and helpful. Last time they couldn’t fix the facilities on time, didn’t allow to use any public area, and literally just said NO to every single request I had, and the room was extremely noisy.
