「Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment with thoughtful touches throughout - they even provided an HDMI cable for the TV. The shower was excellent with a completely watertight screen which is rarely seen in my experience.」

「Wir sind mit zwei Hunden angereist, die wir nachträglich angemeldet hatten. Ich hatte vorsorglich nochmal nachgefragt, ob ich ein Studio mit Balkon gebucht hätte und dies wurde bestätigt. Vor Ort wurden wir dann in ein Studio ohne Balkon eingecheckt. Ich hätte mir Euros mehr Kommunikaton gewünscht während die Situation gelöst wurde, aber letztlich bekamen wir einen Suite Balkon. Das Personal war dabei super freundlich! Hilfreich wäre eine klarere Kommunikatin zur Parksituation. Wir würden wieder...

「This was a wonderful apartment. Spotlessly clean and with the most comfortable bed I have ever found in a hotel/apartment. I booked a slightly larger room (medium size) which had a wonderful little window balcony. They have thought out the layout very cleverly of the apartment. Easy to stock up on any items (coffee pods, milk or towels) from the basement store. And the lockers for luggage are such a great idea. I visit Berlin about once a year and will definitely book here again 」

「Everything is automated and worked seamlessly. The room was very clean, with a chic and modern design that matched the photos perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, and all the necessary utensils. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The essentials room was fully stocked with towels, linens, garbage bags, and toilet paper—basically everything you might need if you ran out of something. The location was great, with the U-Bahn just a 10-minute walk...
