The property was ok, rooms were very clean. What really bothered me, though, was that my booking for a quadruple was not honored. I got a much smaller triple. I complained and got switched to a slightly bigger triple. In the end I was presented with the bill for a quadruple. It took me a lot of discussion to get the difference in room rates refunded.

Het is meer een party centrum. 6 nachten voor €1850 kamer prima, ontbijt prima. geen verwarmd zwembad geen airco Elke avond lawaai van gasten. 2x een trouwerij. weer een andere bijeenkomst van Hollanders van 25 man. keiharde muziek gepraat op een terras tot 01:30 nacht portier doet dan wel zijn best. Restaurant verder op maar neen onder het raam. kamer 28 mooi hoor maar neem een andere aan de achterkant dan is het stiller. de manager moet nog bellen. Hoeft ook niet meer te bellen. krijg je misschien de volgende keer korting. je krijgt toch geen geld terug wij komen nooit meer voor dat vele geld

Wunderschöne Anlage, Zimmer ok

Wir waren bereits das zweite mal hier, weil es eine wunderschöne Anlage ist mit tollem Pool, gutem Frühstück und feinem Restaurant mit einem super Blick über die Landschaft. Bei den Zimmern kann man Pech haben, wir waren schon das letzte Mal eher in einem kleinen Raum unter dem Dach untergekommen, dieses Mal in einem Nebengebäude (Raum Nr. 14). Eine sehr steile und enge Wendeltreppe führt zum Schlafbereich, es war echt schwer mit den Koffern da hoch zu kommen. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer selbst ganz ok, lediglich das Bett war ziemlich furchtbar, und wir sind da normalerweise überhaupt nicht wählerisch. Es war ein Metallgestell mit sehr dünner, durchgelegener Matratze, und bei jeder Bewegung hat es unheimlich laut gequietscht. Bettgestell und Matratze müssen echt dringend ausgetauscht werden! Für den Preis müsste der Komfort hier höher sein.

Sehr schönes Landhotel in den Weinbergen, tolle Anlage. Der große Pool ist letztendlich öffentlich und somit nicht gerade leise. Sehr freundliches Personal. Aber: Samstag Hochzeit im Innenhof, auf den unser sehr schönes Zimmer ging. Sonntag morgens 6:30 Foto-und Filmaufnahmen mit einem höllenlauten Lamborghini. Mittags dann Geburtstagsfeier im Innenhof mit Musik und Karaoke. Da bleibt dann nicht mehr viel Zeit für Erholung! Kulanter Preisnachlass wegen Mecker.

Traumhafte Anlage in ruhiger Lage

Das Hotel ist wirklich wunderschön gelegen und die Poollandschaft ist einfach traumhaft. Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass auch Tagesbesucher von außerhalb des Hotels Zugang zum Pool haben, aber sonst wäre der Pool eventuell auch zu groß für die Anzahl an Hotelgästen. Das Hoteleigene Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, hier ist das Servicepersonal auch besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bezüglich der Corona-Regelungen haben sich auch alle große Mühe gegeben. Das Frühstücksbuffet kann zb nur mit einer begleitenden Servicekraft genutzt werden, aber das funktioniert sehr gut. Auch die Abstandsregelungen und Maskenvorschriften funktioniert auf dem gesamten Hotelgelände. Etwas negativ anzumerken wäre, dass der Service an der Hotelbar im Gegensatz zum Restaurant weniger freundlich ist und man oft lange gar nicht bedient wird. Auch das einfache Abholen der Badehandtücher für die Hotelgäste hat sich oft lang hingezogen. Preislich sind aber sowohl die Poolbar als auch das Restaurant total ok. Das Bett im Zimmer war leider nicht sehr bequem und die Decke war eher ein Witz (aber typisch italienisch, da sie eher wie ein einfaches Bettlaken für zwei war). Der Zimmerservice hat leider während des kompletten Aufenthalts nicht einmal die Toilettenartikel (also Shampoo, Handseife, ...) oder das Wasser im Kühlschrank aufgefüllt. Insgesamt aber auf jeden Fall ein wirklich tolles Hotel und sehr weiter zu empfehlen, wir kommen wieder!

Intanto, bisogna segnalare la grande correttezza della struttura: per ragioni personali abbiamo dovuto spostare la nostra prenotazione (che non era modificabile) e con una semplice telefonata ci hanno consentito di farlo per accontentarci. Arrivati sul posto, ci siamo resi conto che l'ambiente è veramente molto bello e appare come un'oasi di pace. Forse la piscina è un tantino troppo affollata, a causa del fatto che è aperta anche a chi non è ospite dell'albergo, ma è davvero un luogo incantevole.

Bel hôtel avec très beau cadre. Notre chambre quelque peut vieillotte. Bon petit déjeuner et très bonne restauration. L' hôtel accueille des événements comme des mariages avec musique jusque minuit. Il serait bien d en informer les personnes qui ont une réservation à ces dates. Nous aurions pu réserver à un autre endroit car même si la musique s arrête a l heure les invités ne vont pas forcément dormir de suite et font du bruit en regagnant leurs chambres.

Amazing!

Our stay at the villa was amazing and luxurious, we strongly recommend to make a visit there. The surroundings and staff was amazing. VERY helpful staff, they help you arrange anything from an xtra pillow to an evening in Verona to see la Traviata. Very nice local winetasting from The Aldegheri winery. Very canine friendly, half of the staff got doggies :) Thanks for an amazing stay La familia Panayatoff
