I called, emailed. No one answered me . I asked to cancel the night stay because of emergency that happened to me , refund or giving a credit, but they didn’t response at all.

Great Stay

It was a great location for hiking to the Villa Jovis and Villa Lysis. We enjoyed the garden with our friends in the evening as we drank wine. It was quiet and and the views were wonderful. Breakfast was good and had great service from the staff.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend bellissimo. Al nostro arrivo nonostante la camera non fosse pronta,abbiamo ricevuto un caloroso benvenuto. La villa e'ubicata a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazzetta e dei principali vicoletti per lo shopping. Massima pulizia in camera e dintorni. Sicuramente torneremo. Grazie a tutto lo staff. Perfect in every way! Can't wait to come back.

Hotel was absolutely wonderful. My boyfriend and I had the most amazing time there back in September. The staff were so friendly and even upgraded our room to a suite with windows that overlooked the ocean from every angle. Their breakfast was lovely and the lemon cake especially was to die for. This hotel was definitely one of the best parts of our trip. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful experience

Viagem em família

Bom hotel, bom café da manhã, limpeza e atendimento. Fica em Capri, há 10 minutos andando do centro comercial e 15 do porto. Há vários opções de restaurantes ao redor. Recomendo não seguirem a indicação de restaurante feita pelo hotel, custo altíssimo e comida mediana.

This is a beautiful property and very friendly staff. Breakfast is provided and is quite adequate. They serve eggs, bacon and a selection of meat & cheese, cereal, yogurt and pastries. Our room was in the courtyard which has limited view. Be sure to check the entire room selection before making your reservation so you are not disappointed. Stephen and his staff were accommodating.
