「房間沒有熱水壺，要熱水的時候很不方便，應每層樓增設熱水飲水機，晚上吃泡麵會很方便，吃義大利食物吃到笫五天會很膩……」

「Excellent service from the staff. Perfect location. We had one of the renovated rooms with a balcony and lake views and it was wonderful and worth any extra cost. Bathroom is simple but does the job, an upgraded shower would’ve been the cherry on top. Breakfast buffet was lovely, plenty of choice. Highly recommend and hoping to return in the future.」

「The room was clean, though a bit on the smaller side. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. The location is convenient—close to the ferry for exploring around Lake Garda. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The only downside was that the air conditioning in our room was not working for the entire stay. We reported the issue, but unfortunately, it was never resolved, which made the room uncomfortably warm.」

「飯店位置好找，有停車場，對面就是湖，有湖邊散步步道，入住四人房，內有浴缸，但位置在一樓沒有面湖陽台，頂樓有住客可以去的面湖陽台，有健身器材，飯店有私人泳池，早餐挺好吃，步行到老城約20分鐘，服務人員都親切微笑，會主動打招呼關心，英語流暢」

「This hotel far exceeded our expectations! The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Spa was fantastic and the proximity to everything was perfect! We plan to come back again and again! The peacefulness of the adults only was a welcome change from the hotels we stayed at in Milan.」
