8/10
The initial impression was, it was okay.
Parking: it was tricky where to park, you have to go and call them once you’re there to lift the boom barrier.
Staff: the front desk was real nice. She’s at the very front with the really tiny office. Cleaners are available only upon request.
Room: there was an initial smell when you first go in and maybe you get used to it you don’t really smell after a while. It is not a bad, bad smell, more of the building having been flooded as well as being old. Having a kitchen was great. They have stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave. Bring your own cooking pans if you plan to cook. No plates but coffee mugs and cups are available.
Restroom was small but functional.
Convenience: Close to the beach, close to the restaurants. We loved walking around and going back to the TINY HOUSE as we called it.
We didn’t care for a perfect room just because we stayed out most of the time and only really came in to rest and sleep.
IT’s GOOD if you don’t care so much about having too fancy of rooms.
