「It was a smooth check in. Breakfast was wonderful」

「Our bathroom sink didn’t work at the faucet. We had to turn on and off the water by using the valves under the sink. Comfort Inn said they couldn’t move us to another room or credit us something because we booked through Expedia. Definitely not happy with this stay.」

「You have a prime location in North Bay that you could really take advantage of, unfortunately the establishment is in dire need of modern updates. We will not return, unless renovations happen, and pride of ownership improves.」

「The a/c unit didn't work, the shower curtain smelled musty, there were no blackout curtains, therefore the room wasn't darkened at night and we heard all the noise from the traffic and train station. Only managed 3 hours of sleep.」

「Breakfast was limited. Bathroom needed renovations. Room was ok, but we had an issue with smoke coming in from people smoking too close to patio doors. One positive was the electric charger.」

「Small hotel, priced right, everything worked as it should wonderful owner , Clean , Not poshy, everything wirkedcrr well, fridge With freezer made ice, little coffees pot worked great, iron with ironing board, excellent pressure in the shower My point is sometimes you pay big money at a big hotel and half the stuff doesn’t work or they haven’t changed the bedsheets. This place was not pushy but very well maintained very well. Kept fresh sheets. Everything worked good shower pressure...

「Overall this property is ok the provided breakfast sandwiches were expired and they didn’t call me back when I called to let them know about it. There was all kind of pigeons everywhere and pigeon poop on the floors and railings I am disappointed that they can’t be bothered to call me back」
