「I requested an early check in on 5 February and received no reply. I then tried calling twice and received no answer and then messaged again and received a text back stating I had to pay an additional fee which I found disappointing. 「The room was very clean however there was a lack of attention to detail in other areas. Eg we were given the wrong room and had to explain to reception the room we had booked wasn’t the one allocated, we didn’t get our water or biscuits replaced after housekeeping had been through and we found a used face washer in the shower. Small things but for the price we paid we expected more.」
