「Holiday Inn was situated on hillside, at a decent residential area but far away from the city centre. My room was at 21st floor and I could had a bird's eyeview on the beautiful scenery of Porto. 「Great experience, staff very friendly, helpfull and upbeat. Hotel does have interior parking but almost impossible to enter...a mercedes wagon won't be able to enter as the angle is tight and turning. We Were lucky to park on the street but we had the inconvinience to bring to the hotel 6 pieces of luggage as we didnt want to leave in car, just in case.other than that I truly recommend, tons of great restaurants, near rhe icean/beach (two blicks away) great boardwalk. It was disappointing that the spa was closed for maintenance - whilst understandabe we had chosen this hotel for the spa only to find, after booking, that it would be closed. That said it was a brilliant base for our city break - the staff were friendly, efficient and very thoughtful.」
