"We liked our stay overall. We did receive 2 phone calls and an email asking us to cancel our stay because they were full. We didn’t see the email because our phone service doesn’t work well in foreign countries. So we showed up for our reservation and we were the only 3 people staying at the place. "Do not stay here! The pictures are nothing like it is here. It’s like the movie SAW. Also a bunch of men sitting in the dark on the stairs. I did not feel safe staying here. I ended up getting a hotel and paying again. I am trying to get a refund since i did not stay. It the property manager won’t get back to me."

"Room was very pleasant and cozy, basic but clean with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed. Staff were helpful but unobtrusive. Everything is well organized and efficient. And the price is most reasonable by Copenhagen standards. I read some bad reviews before coming, which worried me but my advice is to ignore them. I was there for 9 nights and was relaxed, comfortable and content."

"Apparently we were upgraded. So instead of a double bed that I booked we were given a twin room with beds pushed together. The room was small even though we were told it was bigger than the room booked. This I didn’t believe but as it included access to the 12th floor lounge we decided not to query it and go with the flow instead. A bottle of Cava was given to us on arrival too which was nice as it was our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay. "
