「Room was modern, clean and tidy. 」

「After travelling from Bamaga ans around the Islands, this was a great place to chill and relax. From checking in, eating in the restaurant, having a beer in the bar, even having my laundry done the staff were fabulous. The pool and gardens were very well maintained and my room was perfect. It allowed me time to paint, write and just be. I would diffinately stay here again and recommend you stay here and do day trips to TI, if you are looking for that place to just be.」

「My room was a donga. And it was fine for my needs. The room was clean. A bit of maintenance wouldn’t have gone astray though with peeling paint and cupboards falling apart. But for what I needed it was fine.」

「We really enjoyed this beautiful, peaceful lodge. Breakfast was good and the hosts delightful. They shared a lot about the local history and culture. Don’t miss the historic rock art nearby.」

「Awesome location, Free beach chairs and Wifi were very convenient. The only problem is the HOT water in the shower sometimes gets very weak because of other room are using the hot water.」

「This lodge was in the middle of the Daintree Rainforest, which was so cool. There was a tiny pool, but 2 nice natural swimming holes to wade in However, food was quite pricey for the quality you received in the restaurant. The Continental breakfast was a nice touch in the morning. It was great that we were loaned a flashlight and umbrella for our stay.」

「A wonderful way to experience the rain forest in a raw and real manner. Wonderful for switching off and returning to nature. Don't expect all the bells and whistles, expect friendly travellers and staff, loud birds and heaps of rain.」

「Beautiful surroundings, great accomodation, comfortable and way above expectation! The outdoor shower was a total highlight! Would recommend to all!」
