「The room is very small but clean. Since it's is a very old house with old wooden floor, you can hear people walking next door or in the hallway. When it happened at 4 AM, it's kind of annoying... They don't replace towels for you, you need to take your own old towels downstairs to exchange. In this case, room service is kind of pointless...
