Very nice accomodation with awesome View

Thirty on Grace is one of the greatest accomodation we ever stood at. Ros and her staff are super kind and friendly humans and helping wherever they can. They made our stay feeling like home. Everything is exactly like described on the pictures. We defenetly going come back one day.

An oasis of calm in a busy Cape Town

Lovely house, beautifully decorated...has been transformed from a private home to a five bedroom B&B. The owner Roz Stettyler lives in and has the main suite upstairs which is large and lovely with a big deck...the other rooms are somewhat smaller...I had, I believe the nicest of the five downstairs at the back with a very comfortable king size bed, lovely shower and a small deck with a table and chairs...breakfast was good, well-cooked by Festus, the Malawian houseman, and his wife Lucia keeps everything clean and tidy...and there is a large living area with huge TV so I watched sport and CNN to my heart's content...all in all a very pleasant stay...Roz is a charming host...

Splendid guest house. Five star in my opinion.

The owner, Ros, really went out of her way to do what she could for us. Nothing was too much trouble. Felt very comfortable at the guest house. Lucia and Fester were very attentive. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast each morning. If I have another trip to Cape Town I know where I would stay....30 on Grace Road.
