Lovely stay in Franschhoek. Fairly new hotel with beautiful amenities and great location. Only issue was there weren’t power outlets in the bathroom. Otherwise a great space and we enjoyed our stay.

It was a lovely property. Helpfully located for the vineyards via taxi. The area was under good security survelliance. The hotel itself is very beautiful and modern and has a lot of art on show. Rooms were spacious and clean and the service was very good. Would definitely recommend

Wonderful stay in a truly brilliant hotel

The hotel has wonderful facilities and is both comfortable and stylish. The staff were incredible and always very helpful. In particular I would like to thank Cobi and Elana who went above and beyond when we discovered an error with one of our bookings, they really were fantastic!

We stayed for two nights, and would happily have stayed much longer! We both felt very blessed that we found such a wonderful hotel in such beautiful and relaxed surroundings. We'll definitely come back and will plan to stay longer. Great base for getting to all the many vineyards and restaurants. The food and facilities were first rate, and there was beer brewed onsite .. what more could you want.

Fabulous hotel - really well thought out rooms and well appointed and equipped- good pool area,vineyard views and food excellent too -staff helpful and would highly recommend as a base to see Franschhoek or a destination get away R&R break. Only issue is finding the place -Google maps took us down the wrong road - better signage required (but general manager very helpful when I rang their website phone number)

Excellent and Brand new hotel, very modern architecture with a Scandinavian flare. Beautiful entrance, grounds, rooms, bathrooms and decor. Great pool area, gym and art sculptures. They own the micro brewery on same property which has great beer and indoor outdoor dining in modern building. Extensive menu, food was delicious especially my morning egg’s Benedict! Great staff too!

Good Franschoek wine experience.

Nice new hotel in a good location with new buildings and friendly helpful staff. It has the potential to be a very nice hotel once the musty smells are resolved. There is not lift at this property. Breakfast was good and Hey Joe's qas noce for food and beers.

Stayed in an executive suite. Perfect condition. Loved the rain shower and that it had a hand shower and a ledge to sit. Comfortable and firm mattress. Duvet huge and warm. Dark room. Quiet. Helpful staff. Friendly staff.

Top class

This is a new hotel only open since Dec 2024. All the rooms are beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. The grounds are still in the process of flowering but when they do so the whole area will be beautiful. There is a lake with an area to sit and have a drink whilst watching the wildlife of which there is plenty walking around, seemingly quite oblivious to the humans getting in their way😊. Breakfast was of good quality and plentiful of choice. The staff from the manager Charl to the gardening staff are all extremely polite and helpful. I have no affiliation to this hotel but have no hesitation in recommending it.

Absolutely fantastic hotel

An absolutely stunning hotel. New, modern, beautifully decorated. Everything top class from the facilities to the rooms to the staff. Pool and gym facilities absolutely fantastic. Breakfast was world class as well as the restaurant for dinner. We have to compliment the chef at hey Joe’s restaurant on out of this world food. Staff were friendly and eager to please. I have to say this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in . 1000 times over, we will definitely be back on a regular basis. Very reasonably priced for the high standards. Congratulations to owners and management for a fantastic standard and amazing new hotel. The attention to detail is fantastic. Absolutely loved our stay. Extremely highly recommended. Well done

Brand new and still some snags getting worked out. Asked for a regular coffee pod for the coffee maker and staff said they only had decaf, so supply is clearly an issue. Asked to use a corksrcrew at front desk, and it took them 10 minutes to find one, which had to be delivered from another property (this is the wine country). So some training and supply issues. Once they get up and running, it looks to be a lovely spot. Nice rooms.

Good modern Hotel , great value

This is a new hotel and they’re having their difficulties. When I called to confirm, they said I didn’t have a reservation. Eventually sorted out . there is a main section, and separate.strips of rooms, beautifully done out very modern with a small little patio area. There is a little bit of construction still going on since it is so new, but overall, it is a very beautiful modern property, about 5-6 minute drive out of town. We were quite near the restaurant, so breakfast was a very short walk from our room. Very nice buffet breakfast. The room itself has coffee, tea little bar area, fridge and very well furnished with gowns and slippers. Price was great and I’m sure as time goes on they will, become a very slick operation. We were kind of rushed to leave, even though they very kindly gave us a late departure, one of us left a fully stocked makeup bag on the bed. When we got home, which was about 45 minutes away, and unpacked, we realized the bag was left on the bed. When we called the hotel, the bag was nowhere to be found, totally our fault, but it would’ve been nice if someone had turned it in to lost and found . The staff are very polite and eager to please, The property is very beautiful, and we were perfectly comfortable in our room. They need a sign roadside to indicate where the hotel is- we drove by several times as we did not see a sign.
