A little away from town center and train station but street cars go to property. Hotel nice and beds good but the bathroom is small and hard to use. Great price for in suite room with kitchenette and balcony. The breakfast are excellent and well priced to select that option

Very convenient, next to the Sapporo train station but still quiet and convenient to walk around. Also has a small shopping strip as part of the building. Also has a carpark about JPY800/night.
Room was standard and clean. Amenities were good.
