「The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. 」

「Lovely beach hotel with great views. Easy walking to Washington Street shopping area and grocery store (a few blocks). Staff were very friendly. Notes: no elevator, which they are up front about, and the office is closed until 8am. We stayed during off-season, which may affect hours.」

「The staff was very helpful and friendly! The room was very small! A few things didn’t work but they sent a maintenance man quickly. Room definitely needed better lighting and some outlets. No views from our windows. Very unappealing. Breakfast was very simple, nothing fancy or special. It was fine. Location is great! We walked everywhere. We had a great time, just spent very little time in the actual bandb.」

「Beautiful beach view from our room and balcony. The room was lovely. The staff was very accommodating and let us into our room early to get changed for a wedding. We did not use the pool or bar as it was very chilly. We would definitely stay there again. 」

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway, we’d definitely come back! 」

「Lovely Victorian home, very clean and wonderful service. Breakfasts were exceptional! The only drawback was we could not have a room with 2 beds so someone had to sleep on pull out which she said was not very comfortable. Overall a wonderful stay!」
