Wir haben vor der verschlossenen Tür gestanden und mussten eine neue Unterkunft suchen. Weder Ihr Servicetelefon war erreichbar, noch gab es keinerlei Kontaktoptionen. Hotellet var mycket bra. Rummet och utrustning kanon. Det enda som drar ner betyget är att det är ”överförtyskat”. Det fanns t.ex inte en enda TV-kanal som inte var tysk. Huvuddelen av personalen är tyskar. Dock mycket trevliga

Kurztrip nach Cala Ratjada

Das einzige positive waren die beiden "Empfangsdamen". Die haben sich beider echt richtig Mühe gegeben und ein bequemes Bett gabe es auch. Frühstück Katastrophe Hotel völlig Konzeptlos und schon wieder renovierungsbedürftig!

Zimmer ohne Fussboden (Beton), das 1. Zimmer war nicht gereinigt, haben dann nach Beschwerde ein anderes erhalten, Pool und die Umgebung um den Pool auf dem Dach dreckig. Renoviert und gut - jedoch mit Luft nach oben.

Ich kenne das Hotel noch unter dem Namen Baracke. Es hat sich einiges getan. Die Zimmer sind gut eingerichtet und komfortabel. Die Handtuchhalter wurden mittels Saugknopf befestigt, was dafür sorgte, dass die Handtücher nach dem Duschen samt Halter von der Wand fielen. Es gab an der Decke des Bades bereits Schimmelflecken. Die restliche Ausstattung des Zimmers war ordentlich. Verbaute Bluetoothanlage, TV, sehr schnelles WLAN und eine kräftige Klimaanlage. Das Frühstück hat noch deutlich Luft nach oben. Es zeichnete sich durch fehlende Abwechslung und einer mäßigen Auswahl aus.

Das etwas andere Hotel in Cala Rajada

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel, würden aber jederzeit gern wiederkommen. Super freundliches Personal, mit 36 hoch Modernen Zimmern schön kompakt. Sehr tolles Frühstück ( ab 8.00 Uhr ). Flachbild TV mit allen deutschen Kanälen. Alles sehr modern und sehr schick. Sauber, tolle Klimanlage, klasse Betten, passt alles. Schöne ruhige Lage und trotzdem nur 100 Meter zum Marktplatz wo dann Abends schön was los ist. Für uns das beste Hotel im ganzen Ort. Wer Cala Rajada nicht kennen sollte: Sandstrand ist einige hundert Meter weit weg und nicht sehr groß. Wer einen Leihwagen hat findet aber in der Umgebung reichlich Alternativen.

Schönes modernes Hotel

Das Hotel war sehr schön. Es ist sehr modern gestaltet. Dafür, dass das Hotel erst vor 2-3 Monaten neu geöffnet wurde, gab es allerdings schon Wasserräder an den Decken und weitere kleine Mängel. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und zufriedenstellend. Das Abendprogramm war sehr laut. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir zu einem Zimmer außerhalb des Gebäudes gebracht, welches sich in einer Seitenstraße zum Hotel befand. Da wird zwei junge Frauen sind, haben wir uns mit der Lage etwas unsicher gefühlt. Daraufhin wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer im Hotelkomplex angeboten, welches wir dankbar bezogen haben. Allerdings konnten wir nicht nachvollziehen, weshalb wir nicht direkt das zweite Zimmer bekommen haben. Da die Frau am Check-in sich schon recht sicher war, dass uns das erste Zimmer zu unsicher sein würde. Außerdem hätten wir nicht das Gefühl, dass bereits alle anderen Zimmer im Gebäude belegt waren.

Neu gebautes Hotel in Strandnähe mit sehr schöner Dachterasse, mit Pool und Bar. Das Doppelzimmer war etwas klein aber schön eingerichtet. Die Putzfrau/en hätten besser sauber machen können, sonst war alles Okey und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war auch sehr lecker (man könnte sich von der Küche essen bestellen wie Omelett, Crêpes oder Bacon). Insgesamt empfehle ich das Hotel weiter.

Könnte besser sein, ist es aber nicht.

Wir haben ein Deluxe Zimmer mit separatem Essbereich gebucht. So stand es auch in der Hotelbestätigung. Vor Ort haben wir leider nur ein ganz normales Standardzimmer bekommen. Auf Nachfrage hat man uns mitgeteilt, dass wir das nächstverfügbare erhalten würden. Nach zwei (von vier) Nächten dann endlich das Zimmer mit Balkon, aber leider noch immer nicht mit separatem Essbereich. Wir wollten nicht wieder umziehen, haben also nichts gesagt fühlen uns aber über den Tisch gezogen. Im neuen Zimmer ließ sich auch die Badtüre nicht schließen. Es musste also immer einer auf den Balkon, während der andere im Bad war, da man vom Bett aus die beste Aussicht gehabt hätte. Wasserschäden rund um das ganze Hotel überall sichtbar. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist leider auch nicht gut. Der Kaffee ist ungenießbar, die Milch mit Wasser/Eiswürfeln verdünnt und das Omelett nicht aus den Eiern gemacht die man da provokant gezeigt bekommt. Über die sonstige Auswahl lohnt es sich nicht zu berichten. Guten Kaffee aus der Maschine bekommt man nicht mal auf Nachfrage. Es sei denn man ist einheimisch und kennt jemanden. Am Rooftoppool sind leider nur eine Handvoll Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Bei fast 40 Grad klar zu wenig. Sehr junge „Erwachsene“ aus umliegenden Hotels - sind aufgrund der erhobenen Gebühr von 10€ für Tagesgäste als zusätzliche Geldeinnahme - gern gesehen. Adults only bekommt so eine abgewandelte Bedeutung. Unerholsamer ist es auch mit lauten Kleinkindern nicht.

Nice new hotel

Nice new hotel with some minor technical isses that are just teething problems. Very nice staff copes with them sucessfully. Very clean new rooms. Parking lots available on a street in front of the hotel. Easy walk to the port and promenade of Cala Ratjada. Rooftop pool with a bar. Tasty breakfast including freshly squeezed orange juice.
