「Our stay at the Lloyd Hotel was even better than expected. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we truly enjoyed our stay.
A special shout-out to Carmine at the concierge desk, who was absolutely outstanding. He took the time to carefully explain the different tour options and made thoughtful recommendations that really enhanced our trip. 「Arrived around 11pm and couldn’t get a taxi from the airport, called the hotel and they arranged one to come for us within the matter of minutes! Excellent and fast communication throughout our stay, absolutely amazing and will definitely be coming to stay again. 」
