"Generally a good hotel, we were happy with the price that we paid for. Great and helpful staff but it is located in a not very charming location/road. There is absolutely nothing to walk to around the hotel. Free shuttle to Solerno city center/ferry port was very convenient. Family room (we were 2 adults and 2 kids) was quite small for 4 of us and bathroom/toilet were not very modern/new. Our room was upgraded free to new refurbished room which was great but was still small. "

"The property fell short of 5 stars only because of their lack of control over other patrons. I called the front desk around 9pm to ask they alert the family that occupied multiple rooms that their children were running in the hallways while screaming. The response given was that they’d tell them when they came down to dinner. She knew exactly who I was referring to. Needless to say, around11pm, the running and yelling started up again. It’s a beautiful property within walking distance of the ruins, but I expect more from hotel staff so we probably wouldn’t stay in this hotel again. "

"This was the perfect hotel for a night between travelling down, by train, from Lucca in Tuscany to taking the bus along the Amalfi coast to my next stop in Ravello."

"Good amenities although not all available in winter months. Have stayed here in summer and the beach Lido is good and included (if you stay at other Lido’s it can be €25 per day for a lounger). Good for self catering holidays and very close to the beach (short walk). "
