All lovely, I had asked for a sea view and hoped for a balcony but think I Had one of the rooms with sea view and no balcony. The hotel was lovely, breakfast good, bed comfy, receptionists were friendly.

Everything about it...location, quality, cleanliness, staff (except for midfle age male concierge who seemed quite condescending). There is something very special about falling asleep to the sounds of the sea. Loved looking at the incredible Mediterranean from our bed.

I booked Sara Riviera through Hotels.com for 5 guests based on the photos and description. Unfortunately, the property did not match the listing and was not suitable for our group. I booked last minute after looking at several hotels in the area. Check in was excellent. The receptionist / manager was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The view from the room was incredible. The staff wasn't the friendliest, but they weren't bad either. The room is spacious and comfortable. The parking isn't in the building; you have to walk about two blocks. It's not terrible, but just something to keep in mind.

Nice place to visit
The bus service No 100 from Nice to Monaco is excellent @ 1.50 euros a trip, but beware it stops running after 2000hrs and the taxis are very very expensive avoid them at all costs while in the area.
