If you can't do stairs you're gonna wanna let them know ahead of time cause there's a downstairs and am upstairs and not many rooms on the main level with no stairs. On Expedia it's advertised as having an accessible pool and a hot tub. The pool is NOT accessible. The only way to the pool area is via stairs, and the lift...

「Manager/front desk was pleasant upon check in. Hot tub was lukewarm. At about 3 in the morning someone upstairs in the hall or room was jumping/running around for an extended period. 」
