The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and we appreciated the adjoining rooms our family shared. Mike runs the hotel so well & is really helpful; they should change the name to Mike's Place. It's really clean, comfortable & has everything you need. But for my family who is not used to animals in the house, the dog and cat smell(which they have as pets as it is their home based b&b) was a bit irritating and my son and wife had sneezing due to it. "I had a terrible experience with Villa 12 Guesthouse. I traveled a long way from US to Swiss (Villa 12 is on the border between Swiss and France), and had to work on the arriving day, so I got at the Villa 12 Guesthouse around 8:30pm, that is very normal time for a hotel/Guesthouse check-in time. But to my surprise, the main Gate of the Villa 12 is tightly closed, and the guesthouse building looks dark, did not seem there were people living in it.
