"The site is currently undergoing renovation. There is no lobby to speak of yet. The rooms are functional but small and basic. The restaurant was uninviting. This is not a 4 star caliber hotel."

"Not what you’d expect of a five-star hotel chain: lumpy mattresses, cheap sheets that didn’t fit the bed, no kettle in room so hot water from coffee machine tasted odd, two tiny bottles of water in fridge, fan that didn't work overnight only in morning. However, room was clean and staff were nice when they were responsive."

"The staff at reception were warm and friendly and even allowed an early check-in. The room was spotless, airy and had been cleaned to a high standard. It was well-equipped although a kettle would have been a bonus. The hotel was very convenient for bars, restaurants, museums and the market. It was also only a short 10 minute walk from the train station. A very good stay. "
