"Bugs in the tub. Water would not drain in the tub so you’re showering in dirty bath water. Room smelled horrible. Paint was chipping off the walls and ceilings. Two of the three rooms in our group had broken air conditioning. Staff was short and rude. We had to leave and stay somewhere else after 1 night. "

"Overall the hotel was a great choice. The location was convenient to Broadway and other tourist attractions and the valet service was a great experience. The location was also easy for uber services to pick up and drop off. Unfortunately, we were not impressed with the rooftop restaurant. The bartender, Matt, was incredible but we had to send our food back. Our burgers were sausage patties and our salads consisted of a bowl of wilted bagged lettuce. The next day we brought our own food to the rooftop to enjoy the weather and view only to be kicked out for not eating from the hotel menu. It’s a shame we couldn’t enjoy the prettiest part of the hotel. "

"The location is in the cutest part of Nashville close to Belmont. Plenty of restaurants/coffee shops in walking distance. Lots of people out and about. The one hiccup we had was with a cleaning guy who literally blocked us out of the elevator and tried to shut the door on us. I’m like, we can ride with you dude. It’s okay. But we lived our stay and would totally stay again. "

"Breakfast was mediocre at best - would like to have had some fruit and yogurt, which is typical breakfast during my stays at hotels like this one. Room was great, gym was also great - I enjoyed using the ellyptical on both days."

"Dirty and the carpet in the room smelled really bad I asked for an iron since there wasn’t one In the room at 7:45am they never came I went to my business meeting wrinkled even after calling twice my son called again at 3:09pm so we could go to dinner it finally arrived at 4:00pm "

"Such a beautiful and unique hotel! Would highly recommend. My only reason for giving staff 4 stars vs. 5 is because it was very hard reaching a live person after calling the hotel multiple times. The chatbox was also of no help. I'd suggest removing that feature as it doesn't provide assistance."
