"We arrived to find dirty dishes in the sink. I’m a chill person, so just went to the desk and asked the desk attendant to come up and get them, no problem, moving in. But then…we get to bed time. A drool stain in one of the pillows in a perfect circle and granola crumbs IN THE MADE BED! So gross. I went to the desk about this (maybe a partial refund?), but was told, sorry, there’s nothing we can do since you booked in n a third party site (Expedia). "

"The staff was absolutely amazing! Friendly, helpful and courteous. The pool was clean, hit tub was warm, not really hot. The room for the most part was clean. The overall hotel, room, hallways, stairs need to be thoroughly vacuumed. The elevator was very dirty. I know they are doing some painting and maybe the new GM ( which was very very nice to talk to) will have it cleaned up. "

"The stay was fine. However I went back and forth about charges being made to my card. For a week! I definitely felt there was something not right about it. The manager repeatedly told me i was refunded. And hadnt been. Then took more money out. It was ridiculous! The rooms are.ok. Tempature control, refrigerator and microwave! Definitely could be cleaner, breakfast was good. The attendant was friendly and on top of things! As well as the rest of the staff were very kind and patient. Just not the manager!"
