We had a very nice stay at the property. The staff was helpful and courteous. Location- excellent! In the heart of the city, still quiet at night. As other people have mentioned, it would be helpful to have beach towels available and towel change, as well as a cleaning service at least every 3 days, but we have done our research so it was not be a disturbance.

Alan and Diane were so helpful during our stay. The apartment was clean with a hob, dishwasher and fridge. We were provided a welcome pack with useful items ie dishwasher tab, washing up liquid etc and a roll of toilet paper. The towels can be swapped for new ones if you are staying over 4 days. The pool was lovely but a bit chilly. Make use of the Jacuzzi and Sauna. Great location behind the Carlton Hotel with views of the sea and lovely garden

Excellent position for visiting Cannes. Loved the pool area but could get noisy. Very useful car park for residents as parking is a nightmare in Cannes.

Nightmare at the Residéal

The accomodation should’ve made it very clear that it’s NOT a hotel but a residence with DIY cleaning after check-up. The apartment looked disappointing and unlike anything in the pictures. The key card reader didn’t work on a few occasions and there was no soap or shampoo provided. Everything extra like more fresh towels or bed linen cost extra and at exorbitant rates. The shower head was dirty and mouldy. I discovered a stain on the bedsheet on my first night. Room cleaning should’ve been complimentary, as is the convention for any tourist accomodation. My favourite time in Cannes was after I checked out of the residence. Ironic that they choose to operate as a “hotel” with check in and check out times when it suits them, but impose these ridiculous policies on residents in the manner of cutting costs. The only thing redeeming was probably the reception staff, who were professional at all times.

Die Lage in zweiter Reihe direkt hinter dem Carlton Hotel an der Croisette ist toll. Das Hotel ist jedoch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere die Matratzen sind eine Katastrophe. Der Service ist supernett und hilfsbereit. Die Tiefgare ist vergleichbar mit den alten Parkhäusern in Köln, sehr eng aber machbar.

Maisonetten-Appartement sehr hellhörig und schon sehr abgenutzt. Viele Dinge waren kaputt z.B. Badewannenverkleidung, Badezimmer-Abzug,… Tolle Lage und schöne Whirlpools.

Tiefgarage sehr eng mein auto (eklasse) hat nicht ins parkplatz gepasst. Ein vw golf oder ähnliches würde passen was größer ist passt auf keinen fall ind die tiefgarage. Die wollen das du zimmer sauber abgibs aber sauber bekommst du es nicht. Ansonsten lage ist top.

Studielejligheden for to personer var slidt men ok. Der kunne dog være gjort bedre rent i krogene, og gulvet var ikke vasket rent. Den indendørs garage er pæn, men MEGET snæver, hvis du kommer i en stor bil, kan det være svært at komme rundt om hjørnerne uden at få ridser. Beliggenheden er til gengæld genial i forhold til stranden - lige bag ved Carlton Hotel. Stille og roligt på hotellet og i omgivelserne.

Sehr gute zentrale Lage. Das Parkhaus ist klein, vom Boden bis zur Decke ist jetzt nicht hoch. Mit einem SUV muss man aufpassen, dass die Kofferraumhaube nicht an die Decke knallt. Die Kaution muss auch nicht sein. Das ist ja so schon teuer in Frankreich. Das Zimmer wird auch nicht gesäubert, nur gegen Aufpreis, sowie frische Badetücher.

Veldig sentral plassering. 2 min til rue de Antibes. 10 min gange til public strand på strandpromenaden. Rent fint basseng, lett å få plass ved solseng. Rom helt ok. Selv om det var sovesofa var seng god.
