Dismal!! The pictures from the website looked great, unfortunately, the reality was far from perfect. In reception, the render on the ceiling was falling off which raised alarm bells. Unfortunately, it was all downhill from there, here comes the list: 1, Bed sheets had holes in them, they looked warn or chewed. 2, The skirtings had come off the walls 3, Paint was peeling from the balcony and pool area 4, The bar was not available no reason was given 5, My safe gave a suspicious error code and would not open 6, Carpets were stained and dirty 7, The walls in the corridors had holes in them like they had been rammed or punched 8, All lights were off during the day, and we had to use my phone light to navigate the corridors. 9, Not as important but there was what looked like a bottle of wee outside my balcony on the grass verge, it looked like it had been thrown out of a window. The worst thing was you did not feel like you could bring these issues up with the staff as when we tried to ask some questions they laughed and shrugged a lot! Yea…. Please do not stay here!!

Not a 4* hotel
Pros: staff is helpful. Cons: Hotel: The hotel is very old and not well maintained, both on the outside as well as the inside. Not sure how often they vacuum / clean the carpets, but in the six days we stayed there, they weren’t cleaned. The toilets are old, toilet bowl stained. No shampoo / conditioner. If you need an iron you have to go to a different floor to the ironing area to iron. All very inconvenient.

Fabuleuse expérience!
Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cet hotel. La chambre était spacieuse pour notre petite famille de 4 (2 adultes, 2 enfants). La vue était parfaite sur la colline. Le service plus que parfait! Rien à ajouter! Merci à la gentille et jolie réceptionniste qui nous a préparé et servis les délicieuses pizzas. Tellement sympathique de venir à nous et faire un service de chambre. Les femmes de chambre étaient très souriantes et polies. Nous avions le plaisir de retrouver notre chambre propre le soir en rentrant. La piscine était propre et belle. Les enfants ont eu un plaisir fou à s’amuser. Nous reviendrons sûrement et certainement séjourner à l’Hôtel Cannes Montfleury.

When I was checked in I got key to the room where somebody was alredy living... bad experience excused by "computer said it is free"... Hotel is dirty, very limited breakfast, no restaurant... almost 2km walk to city center...

Hotel muy sucio y cero mantenimiento
Nos decepciona que un hotel (que debe haber sido lindo) esté en tal estado de dejadez y SUCIEDAD, cristales, zonas comunes, ASCENSOR , alfombras, oficina de empleados lugares rotos y sucios, nos impactó el estado en que se encuentra el hotel. Los empleados amables y la cama cómoda, pero hasta el baño estaba con moho y emparchada roturas con moho por encima, vidrios de ventanas sucios, y ya la fachada del mismo debe hacer muuchos años que no la mantienen, UNA LASTIMA , necesita alquien que le ponga cariño y sobre todo LIMPIEZA.

Apparently this hotel got 4 stars ... Maybe in 70s, I don't think anyone is cleaning the rooms, only beddings was clean, tons of dust everywhere,dirty windows(dirty like no one clean them for years, disgusting bathroom,dirty curtains, cigarette buds on the balcony etc overall whole reception ,lifts and dining area looks like never cleaned. I was traveling for work I didn't made big deal but if I will travel with my family definitely I will not stay there. Any Travelodge is two stars above of this place.

Etablissement prétendument 4 étoiles, complètement à l'état d'abandon ou de délabrement, sale, non entretenu. le ménage n'est pas fait dans les chambres. J'ai trouvé des cheveux dans la salle de bain et un ongle au pied du lit. Le plafond des parties communes tombe en miette littéralement. Les moquettes sont sales et l'aspirateur n'est jamais passé. Les meubles des chambres sont sales et ventrus. L'accueil est expéditif et à la limite de la correction. L'hôtel ne mérite pas même une étoile. Le seul point non négatif est la literie qui est correcte, mais cela ne rattrappe pas le reste.

We have stayed numerous times at this hotel since 2011 and have to say that in all that time, absolutely no refurbishment has taken place and it’s now long overdue. Whilst it’s clean enough on the surface, the carpets are dreadful, the bathrooms are very tired with black on the grouting and the decor is very outdated. The pool is pleasant enough though abd lovely. Parking has always been free, but we were charged 15E until we pointed out that on Expedia it’s 10E and that this is a new charge, last year it was free. Not sure we’ll come back until a refurb has been done. They also need to stop people blatantly robbing from the breakfast buffet!

Les photos sur le site sont fausses, l'hôtel est vétuste, tant dans les chambres que en général. A rénover d'urgence. Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles, plutôt 2 étoiles. Petit déjeuner médiocre (omelettes avec œufs mélangés avec du lait pour économiser ?), pas assez de choix pour le petit déjeuner, surtout pour un 4 étoiles. Personnel habillé en jogging parfois. Positif : piscine grande et réaliste par rapport aux photos (même si pour les enfants la profondeur à l'entrée de la piscine est directe à 1m60, ce qui n'est surment pas réglementaire) Localisation de l'hôtel bien par rapport au centre et à la plage (moins de 15 min à pieds)

Gezinshotel voor in cannes
Aardig hotel met alle gemakken. Zwembad prima voor de iets grotere kinderen. Mooi park aangesloten waar een speeltuin en grotere publieke zwembad bevind. Via het park is de stad makkelijk te lopen. Via de straatjes is het anders erg steil. Verwacht geen vijf sterren, die zijn te vinden op de croisette maar de betaal je ook het dubbele ook voor. Hotel heeft goede parkeermogelijkgeden. De bar stel niet veel voor anders dan een cola en ijsje te bestellen voor de kinderen. Zeg maar dit is een gezins hotel.

Photos mensongères, hôtel miteux, lumières et prises qui ne fonctionnement pas, chaussettes sales oubliés dans les meubles, moquettes tachées, salle de bain rouillée, parking inondé… Très mauvaise expérience, je ne reviendrai pas! En revanche le personnel est top, malgré une attente de 3/4 d’heure pour le Check in.

Beau potentiel mais très décevant
L'établissement manque d'entretien...de soin, pas de prise dans la salle de bain..une seule dans une chambre familiale...petit déjeuner extrêmement cheap a la fois dans la présentation des buffets et dans la qualité médiocre des produits. Clientèle tout aussi cheap, bruyante ... Sans savoir vivre. Malgré l'emplacement sympa et la facilité de parking si proche du centre de cannes...j'y retournerai pas.

Dirty rooms, tired facade, bird poo in the dining room not cleared up during our week, cobwebs in the room, stained dirty shared areas. Pool area tired and weed covered. Needs a huge overhaul to get anywhere near 4 star.

Det hele startede skidt allerede ved indtjekning hvor jeg kom slæbende med min familie og vi blev hverken budt velkommen eller hjulpet med bagagen. Receptionisten vil blot have jeg betalte med det samme og så var det overstået. Blev hverken vist vej til elevator eller ekstra kort. Ingen service overhovedet. Ingen aircondition andet end på værelset. På værelset var gammel el kedel og ikke nok hånd klæder. Fitness rummet var meget dårligt indrettet i små rum og maskinerne var blot sat tilfældigt ind af hvad der var plads til. Poolen var ikke som på billedet. Og børnepoolen var lukket. Hvis man skulle købe mad, så var det en frossen pizza. Hele hotellet trængte til en meget kærlig hånd og renovering og tapetet og malingen på væggene røg af konstant. Morgenmaden var den værste vi havde fået og man gik nærmest og ledte efter tingene. Der var ikke et eneste stykke grøntsag. Igen dårlig service ved udtjekningen hvor vi bare fik et tørt farvel. Receptionisten gav hverken en kvittering og spurgte ikke vores ophold. På billederne kunne man se at der var tilknyttet indendørs pool samt tennis. Og begge var kun tæt på hotellet kostede ekstra. Hvilket ikke var oplyst. Alt i alt en meget dårlig oplevelse. Vil overhovedet ikke anbefale dette hotel. Vi bestilte et 4-stjerners som i beste fall fortjente 1,5 stjerner. Gammelt og forfallent. Møkkete. Hår overalt, i badekaret, i gangen, i sengen under dyna. Masse gamle flekker på vegg-til-vegg teppet. Maur krøp rundt på badet og gulvet i gangen. Klagde umiddelbart og ble vist rundt på 7-8 andre rom som var enda mer skitne. Neste dag besluttet vi å flytte derfra til tross for forhåndsbetalt opphold på 6 dager. Vi fikk høre at vi ble byttet til et annet rom, men valgte å ikke ta i mot dette. Sånn sett var servicen grei og imøtekommende, men totalt sett var det ikke holdbart å bo der. Venninnen min som har astma ble tett etter en natt på rommet vi sov på. Vi sjekket aldri ut frokostmulighetene heller da vi ikke stolte på hygienen basert på alt det andre vi hadde sett
