Good resting place but you have to coordinate with property about late arrival. Also you have to park elsewhere and walk to the property. There are parking places within 1 km though.

You are paying for location here, and thats it. There's no amenities or simple things (Like a blow dryer, fridge, iron, etc). It is close to everything you want to be in Cannes though. The rooms are quite old - but other than that it does the trick if you are not going to be spending much time in there.

Great location just minutes from the beach, lots of restaurants and bars close by. The staff is friendly, would recommend this hotel if you’re planning on visiting Cannes.

Die Hotelschande von Cannes
Das Hotel ist, seit wir regelmässig über Auffahrt oder Pfingsten nach Cannes reisen, das absolut schlechteste Hotel. Zimmer zu klein, Badezimmer eine Zumutung, Spannteppich eine Schande, der Zimmerboden uneben, als das man das Gefühl bekommt, besoffen zu sein. Kittfugen über dem Schimmel gestrichen, man müsste dieses Haus aushöhlen und neu aufbauen. Unweigerlich eine Absteige zum vergessen!!

L'hôtel est très bien situé mais le confort reste très sommaire et etat général très mauvais qui est loin des photos sur le site internet, j'ai pris le petit déjeuner au restaurant de très mauvais qualité avec très peu de choix,le seul point positif est que l'accueil est top et la jeune fille à la réception est super gentille et très serviable .

Un excellent emplacement pour pas cher
Nous avons réservé dans cet hôtel sans grande conviction mais on a été agréablement surpris Alors pour notre part : l’accueil était parfait , la personne à l’accueil était tjs disponible et très réactive, les lits sont très confortables , la chambre est très propres , le ménages est fait tous les jours les drap et les serviettes ont été changé tous les jours. La salle de bain est certes petite mais très Fonctionnelle et bien propre. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est excellent à deux pas de la plage de l’a croisettes à côtés des commerces et les restaurant sont en bas de l’hôtel La gare est à 8 min à pieds de l’hôtel Avec le double vitrage on n’entends pas les bruits dans la rue Le seul point négatif est l’insonorisation des chambres , si par malheur vous avez un voisin de chambre un peu trop bruyant , on entend tous Côté décoration ça allait , après c’est un hôtel 2 étoiles , si on veut le luxe il faut se diriger vers un 5etoiles

Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und ungemütlich. Der Teppich war nicht gut gesaugt, das Bett unbequem und das Badezimmer zu klein und unpraktisch geschnitten.

Thoughful receptionist, fast wifi, good location
Strategical location: close to train station and to main tourist attractions! Solid Wi Fi and TV channels in plenty of languages! Very attentive front desk agent, sent me via WhatsApp in advance all the necessary info about how to enter the hotel and the room in case the reception might not be occupied; a welcoming letter with my name was waiting for me when I arrived. Lovely! The room and bathroom was just too tiny, though okay to stay for one night.

La struttura non ha nulla di speciale, tranne la posizione che è centralissima, senza ascensore e molte scale da salire. Per quanto concerne la pulizia a dir poco orrenda, tanto è vero abbiamo trovato 2 cortoni con residui di pizza pieni di formiche. Il bagno di circa 1 mq. con una vasca indecente. Il costo della stanza, credo non valga più di 40 €.

La cosa migliore dell’hotel è sicuramente la posizione,centralissima a due passi dalla croisette. La struttura andrebbe restaurata e rimodernata( togliere la moquette in camera, rifare i bagni). La pulizia molto buona

Good location
This was a perfect little hotel in a handy area close the Croisette and restaurants. Just bear in mind that there is no lift, the walls are thin and the noise from the street can be an issue for those light of sleeping. But the hotel staff are very lovely and welcoming.
